Removable washable cover, approx. 7″ x 11″ and 1.75 lbs.
TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 90 seconds (Microwaves vary). Ensure pillow rotates freely and does not touch inner wall of microwave. Re-warm at 15 second intervals.
TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.
