Our Large Heart Pillow was originally designed for shoulder and rotator cuff injury, but can be used on other areas such as the hips, knees, neck, and chest. Warm and place on your chest for a wonderful night’s sleep… the natural solution for insomnia! Heating in the microwave for 2-3 minutes will provide approximately 45 minutes of soothing warmth on chilly nights. Tuck down by your feet for an extra treat! Great for stomach pain or monthly cramps. Removable washable cover, approx. 13″ x 15″ and 3.5 lbs.
TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Microwave wattages vary so heating times may need to be adjusted. Make certain pillow moves freely and does not touch inner sides of the microwave to avoid hot spots or scorching the flax seeds. Always test before using. Re-warm at 30 second intervals.
TO CHILL: Store pillow in a sealed plastic bag and place in freezer for several hours. Chilled pillow can be placed directly on bare skin for optimum cold application.

Like every product I've bought from Mother Earth Pillows, the large heart-shaped pillow is sturdy, well constructed, durable, and the number of covers available are enough to satisfy the pickiest customer. It's just the right size for snuggling. It fits nicely on the tummy, over the shoulder, over a knee. I heat it in the micro and take it and another of their pillows up to bed with me to warm the bed and help me relax. It's amazing how long they both hold onto heat in that environment. I occasionally have to re-heat them after a few hours, but that is infrequent. More often than not, they're still comfortably warm in the morning when I wake up. I gladly recommend this pillow or any of their other others. They're built well and to last, and they do what they're advertised to do.
This is my new favorite. So far we have two large shoulder triggerpoints, a large flax pillow, a set of warmmitts and now the heart pillow. They are lovingly called the "shoulder thing", the "back thing", the "hand thing" and the "heart thing". We bought our first shoulder triggerpoint 23 or 24 years ago at a music festival and have been fans ever since. This year I bought a bunch for some of my employees for a second time. They also love them. Can never go wrong with Mother Earth products.
I love Mother Earth Pillows and these heart Pillows are fabulous. I bought, one for me and one for a friend who has been depressed. She loves hers so much and it has lifted her spirits a bit. I love mine too. These Pillows are so comforting.
