This is a luxuriously soft pillow with great weight (double the weight of our Eye Pillows – almost a pound). 5″ x 10 1/2″ approx 1 pound. The removable cover is a all natural 100% cotton. The inner pillow is all natural 100% cotton muslin.
Store in the freezer for using over the eyes or forehead or warm and place behind neck to relax tight neck muscles that may trigger migraines.
Choose our RELIEVE blend, specifically made for migraine relief or NO HERBS if there is a concern over aromas causing nausea.
