This is pillow is longer and heavier than the Eye Pillow and comes with a removable cover. It is approx. 5″ x 10.5″ and 14 oz. Store in the freezer for using over the eyes or forehead or warm and place behind neck to relax tight neck muscles that may trigger migraines. Choose NO HERBS if there is a concern over aromas causing nausea.

TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 45 seconds (Microwaves vary). Ensure pillow rotates freely and does not touch inner wall of microwave.

TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.
