TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 45-60 seconds (Microwaves vary). Ensure pillow rotates freely and does not touch inner wall of microwave.
TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.

Very comforting when I have sinus pressure and pain.
This one is great for your eyes cold or warmed. I use it warmed as suggested by my optometrist for dry eye therapy. The shape is also great for sitting it on my shoulder at my neck to relieve the stress/pain and it sits there without falling.
