Warms the hands, stomach or heart of a child or that special person in your life. This Mother Earth Pillow is loved by all ages. Perfect for menstrual pain, earaches, and cold relief. Removable, washable outer cover is 100% cotton fabric. Cold water wash, lay flat to dry. Approx. 10″ x 12.5″ and 1.5 lbs.

TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 1 minute (Microwaves vary).  Make certain pillow moves freely and does not touch inner walls of the microwave. Re-warm at 15 second intervals. Always test before using.

TO CHILL: Store in a clean, sealed plastic bag in the freezer for cooling therapy.

The Mother Earth Companion Essential Oil Spritzer is a 5% dilution with pure distilled water.  Use to lightly mist (not saturate) your pillow to refresh the scent, or spray in the air to remove odors.
