Our Large Heart Pillow was originally designed for shoulder and rotator cuff injury, but can be used on other areas such as the hips, knees, neck, and chest. Warm and place on your chest for a wonderful night’s sleep. Great for stomach pain or monthly cramps. Removable washable cover, approx. 13″ x 15″ and 3.5 lbs.

TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Microwave wattages vary so heating times may need to be adjusted. Make certain pillow moves freely and does not touch inner sides of the microwave.

TO CHILL: Store pillow in a sealed plastic bag and place in freezer for several hours.
