These Spa Boots provide soft warmth for cold feet, and will ease pain on top and bottom of feet from cramping, plantar fasciitis or recovering after foot surgery or injury. These are delightful! Generously filled with golden flax for prolonged therapy and warmth. Fits up to size 10-11 men’s feet. Removable washable cover, approx. 10.5″ x 12.5″ (pillow), 10.5″ x 15.5″ (cover) and 2 lbs. each boot. Please note these are the preferred size for personal use or by Massage Therapists to use during a session.
TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave one Spa Boot at a time for 1 minute (Microwaves vary). Ensure pillow rotates freely and does not touch inner wall of microwave.
TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.
DO NOT OVERHEAT OR LEAVE MICROWAVE UNATTENDED & PROTECT INNER FLAX PILLOW FROM MOISTURE

I have found that Mother Earth pillows are amazing, warm or cold. They are made very well and it is nice that the covers are removable for washing. I just purchased a pair of spa booties for a young lady that is going through chemotherapy and experiencing neuropathy. She loves them. Also, I ask if they could include a note with the booties and they were so kind to do that for me. I have several mother earth pillows that I use frequently. They are so comforting and help release the tension out of my neck after a stressful day. A cold sinus pillow cures my sinus pressure and tension headaches. Love these pillows!
