The Relief Pack is our most versatile product. Hot or cold, this baffled draping pillow can be wrapped around forehead or neck for migraine relief, wrist or anywhere you need it. Flax is balanced by 6 sewn pouches for a variety of uses. Removable washable cover, approx. 6″ x 30″ and 2.25 lbs.

TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 2 minutes (Microwaves vary). Fold pillow so it rotates freely and does not touch inner wall of microwave.

TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.
