TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 1 minute. (Microwaves vary) Make certain pillow moves freely and does not touch inner walls of the microwave. Re-warm at 15 second intervals. Always test before using.
TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer. Chilled pillow can be used directly on bare skin.
