Description
This pillow is filled with golden flax. It provides moisture protection and allows for skin contact. Use as thermal therapy for pain, surgery, and post-op recovery. Clean surface with damp cloth and approved cleanser between client use. To disinfect, clean with a 1:10 dilution of household bleach containing 5.25% hypochlorite to water. Cavi-Wipes and Virox5 have been tested by the manufacturer to be acceptable for use. Disinfectants applied without proper dilution may damage the fabric. Quaternary disinfectants may be used in the dilutions recommended by the manufacturer. Make sure pillows are thoroughly dry before storing to prevent mildew growth.
Our med grade fabric is a nylon backed cast urethane. It is phthalate free and halogen free. Prolonged exposure to heat and cleaners will accelerate wear and damage to the pillow. Please note that with daily heating this material will need replacement in approximately 6-8 months.

TO WARM: Place on towel in 160 degree hot towel cabinet to achieve even temperature or place on clean plate and microwave for 1 minute (microwaves vary). Ensure pillow rotates freely and does not touch inner wall of microwave.
TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.
DO NOT OVERHEAT & PROTECT PILLOW FROM MOISTURE
