A 5% solution of Essential Oils blended with organic Jojoba (9ml). Consult a physician before using if you are pregnant or nursing.
BREATHE – Roll this oil blend over sinus areas, along glands, over sternum and neck…massage in. Use a single ‘roll-on’ stroke over bottom of foot before bed at night and massage in. A small amount goes along way. Offers relief for colds, sinus congestion, flu, sore throat, etc.
RELIEVE – Roll over and massage into temples and over tense neck muscles for Migraines and headaches.
SACRED SELF – Use over pulse points and upper chest, massage in… decrease stress, hot flashes, feelings of irritability to calm, ground and calm.
