This is a luxuriously soft pillow with great weight (double the weight of our Eye Pillows – almost a pound). Removable washable cover, approx. 5″ x 10.5″ and 14 oz.

Store in the freezer for using over the eyes or forehead or warm and place behind neck to relax tight neck muscles that may trigger migraines.

Choose our RELIEVE blend, specifically made for migraine relief or NO HERBS if there is a concern over aromas causing nausea.

TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 45-60 seconds (Microwaves vary). Ensure pillow rotates freely and does not touch inner wall of microwave.

TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.
