SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship by UPS unless you note your preference as you order, for United States Postal Service delivery to your mailbox. We cannot ship a UPS package to a PO box, so please check the Postal Service for your shipping option. If you have special directions for leaving your package, please include this information. Do not allow your package to be left in an area exposed to the elements. We will always ship the least expensive manner as some of the items can be shipped in smaller packages or envelopes. If you desire 'tracking information' we can provide that for you. contactUs@MotherEarthPillows.com Most orders sumbitted Mon-Fri before noon, will be shipped that day or filled within 24 hours. Please allow for no-deliveries on Weekends and Holidays when UPS does not pick up or deliver. Thank you...we hope you enjoy shopping with Mother Earth Designs, Inc! We will gladly refund any item if you change your mind. All products for return must be unopened and in it's original state. Mother Earth Designs, Inc. is not responsible for shipping charges incurred on refunds or exchanges if the error is not ours and a 15% restocking fee will apply. You are protected from all manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from the purchase date. If you find a defect, please contact us within this 30 day period ( 800.344.2072 ). Any Mother Earth Pillow® or product we offer will be replaced or a refund will be made if defective. Shipping charges incurred in case of manufacturer's defects will be covered by Mother Earth Designs, INC. Your satisfaction is our priority and the bottom line is that we want you to enjoy the products we offer.

2. An authorization code must be obtained from our office PRIOR to returning any products, whether you change your mind OR for manufacturer's defects.
3. We will only assure refunds when these steps are followed.
4. Pillows that have been over-heated cannot be replaced. New inner 'naked' pillows can be purchased to replace any pillows that have been damaged by over-heating or 'hot-spots' in your microwave.
